KAIROS is a moving and transport company based in Coignières, in the Yvelines department west of Paris. We work for private customers and businesses across the Paris region, throughout France and in Europe.
Who we are
KAIROS is a French company (SAS) whose main activity is removals, with a complementary road haulage activity, both carried out with vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes. We help private customers moving home, businesses relocating their premises, and anyone with goods to transport, deliver or clear out.
Our size keeps us close to our customers: the person who reviews your request knows the crew that will come to you. Our resources let us keep our commitments: KAIROS vehicles, protective equipment, an experienced team.

Experience
25 years of combined experience
The KAIROS team and its director have 25 years of combined experience in moving, transport and handling. It shows on the ground: in the way a truck is loaded, an antique piece is protected, a piano is taken down a stairwell or furniture is lifted through a balcony with a furniture hoist.
The KAIROS company itself started trading in October 2025: a young structure, run by people who are not new to the trade.
Our transport resources
A fleet of KAIROS vehicles
We work with our own trucks and vans, with a gross vehicle weight of up to 3.5 tonnes: vehicles that travel freely in city centres, reach narrow streets and car parks, and also cover long-distance journeys. Some are fitted with a tail lift for heavy loads.
Every vehicle leaves with the protective and handling equipment the job requires: blankets, straps, trolleys, boxes and film, depending on the service.

Safety and protection of your belongings
Suitable packing, considered loading, systematic securing. Fragile or valuable items are identified with you before the job, and services are insured within the limits of the cover taken out.

Administrative office reachable from 7 am to 10 pm; operations possible 24/7 depending on needs and our availability. Rapid response possible depending on your location and the urgency.

A direct contact who knows your file and the crew that will carry out the job. No platform, no middleman.

Where we are
Based in Coignières, in the Yvelines
KAIROS is headquartered in Coignières (78310), south-west of the Paris conurbation, close to Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Versailles and Rambouillet. This location gives us fast access to the whole Paris region and to the main routes towards the rest of France and Europe.
