Clearance services
Clear out a home or premises properly, without having to deal with it yourself
Estate clearance, relocation, end of lease or simply a need for space: KAIROS removes furniture and bulky items under conditions agreed before the job.
A clearance starts with organisation
Emptying a home or premises takes method: identifying what goes and what stays, planning the handling resources, organising removal in line with the rules of the building. We prepare the job with you, on site or from photos, then propose a clear plan.
On the day, the crew disassembles, carries, loads and removes. The premises are left clear of the agreed items.

We carry out the job
Disassembly, handling, loading and removal within the agreed scope.
What we do not handle without prior agreement
- Hazardous or regulated waste (chemicals, asbestos, gas cylinders, medical waste, etc.) is not handled without verified authorisation and capacity.
- What happens to removed items (reuse, donation, recycling, waste facility) depends on their nature and the channels available; we do not guarantee certified environmental processing.
- Valuable items or items to be kept must be identified before the job.
- Access to the premises (keys, owner or building manager authorisation) is arranged by the person requesting the service.
