KAIROS organises moves and transport to Europe and, on request, to other destinations, and takes care of receiving, unloading and the final delivery of goods transported in containers.
On the ground for the land-based part of your international operations
An international move or transport is a chain: preparation and loading at departure, carriage, any formalities, receiving and delivery on arrival. KAIROS handles the land-based links in that chain with its own crews and vehicles, and relies on specialist partners where the job requires it (sea freight, customs formalities).
Every project is assessed individually: destination, volume, lead times, regulatory constraints. We tell you clearly what we do ourselves and what falls to other providers.

Scope and formalities
- Sea freight, port infrastructure and customs formalities are not included automatically: they are handled by authorised providers, whom we can help you identify.
- Some destinations or goods require specific documents or authorisations; we list them with you when assessing the project.
- Our vehicles are trucks and vans up to 3.5 t; large volumes are organised in rotations or with partners.
- Lead times depend on the destination, the formalities and the partners involved: they are specified project by project.

Do you move to every country in Europe?
We organise moves and transport to European countries reachable by road. Each destination is confirmed after reviewing your project.
Do you handle customs formalities?
Not directly. Customs formalities are handled by authorised providers; we tell you what is needed and coordinate the land-based part with them.
What happens when my container arrives in France?
We take charge of the goods at the agreed location, unload and handle them, then deliver them to their final destination under the terms of the job.
