Timings, parking and points to watch are confirmed. You know in advance how the day will go.

Protection, disassembly, loading, transport, unloading and reassembly: the crew handles everything and confirms when the job is complete.
Good to know
- Heavy or delicate items (piano, safe, artwork, stone furniture) should be mentioned when you contact us: they require specific equipment and handling time.
- Packing materials and boxes are supplied under the conditions set out in the quote.
- A rapid response is possible depending on your location, the urgency and our availability.
- Insurance applies within the limits of the cover taken out; the terms are explained to you before the job.

Do I have to pack my belongings myself?
It is your choice. You can pack yourself, entrust us with fragile items only, or leave all the packing to us. The service chosen is clearly stated in the quote.
Can you move a piano or a very heavy piece of furniture?
Yes, this type of handling is part of what we do. Mention it when you contact us so that we plan the right crew and equipment.
Do you work outside the Paris region?
